Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Managing local client and CBRE budgets and report any out-of-line situations.
  • Control and manage service charge accounts where appropriate, providing monthly report data to Account Manager.
  • Ensure Client satisfaction by being responsible for achieving client SLA/KPI and driving acceptable service delivery performance.
  • Strong lines of communication to user population on all BAU activity.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative, Client and CBRE health, Safety and environmental requirements.
  • Project management – manage budget, planning and implementation of project. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
  • Overall operational management within designated site area which may include Reception, Post room, Cleaning, Catering, Security, Technical Services & Specialist Sub Contractors.
  • Managing all clients systems required within MSA between client and CBRE (Realm, Archibus, ServiceNow etc).
  • Following all contractual requirements within the MSA between Citi and CBRE including procedures, policies, trainings, KPIs, CIP plan preparation, BOOT register etc.
  • Maintain a motivated team by management and personal development of all local based staff.
  • Performance Management.
  • Establishment of in depth knowledge of client culture with particular focus on Real Estate and Site Organisation.
  • Close liaison with Central support team to promote a consistent professional image of CBRE image and brand.
  • Promote and sponsor a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Manage resources both human and technical to maximise quality of services delivered.

- Education (facility management or related branch) or completed training as a master / technician
- Proven, profound professional experience in a comparable position
- Several years of experience in an office / retail company
- Experience in the management and motivation of employees
- Good business management skills
- Flexible and capable of initiating change
- Ability to critically analyze and improve workflows
- Proactivity and self-motivation
- Excellent service orientation
- Good MS Office skills – accent to excel data consolidation and further analysis/outputs
- Good knowledge of the English language
