- Export & Logistics execution team is responsible for all international customer orders from order placement to completion with acting as the liaison with all parties (Customer, Warehouse & Transport Provider, Authorities) to ensure a smooth and complete transaction until Invoice creation and posting.
- Preparation of daily reports to secure Supply Chain replenishment processes under consideration of customer requirements
- Processing of sample orders for relevant internal customers & Administrative support Handling of Certificates of Origin and other Export documentation
- Support of export & logistics execution department by IDOC monitoring, assortment handling and processing ad hoc requests
- Support on exception handling & claim handling
- Drive continuous improvement of service and process performance as well as support improvements through identification of best practice, harmonization and knowledge management
Your skills
- Min 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance or Purchasing
- Business communication in English
- Excel on intermediate level
- Independence
