Queensway Europe is a fast-growing operator of franchise restaurants in Central and Eastern Europe with exciting plans to scale their KFC business over the next ten years. The restaurant count has grown from 10 two years ago, to 22 KFCs currently across Austria and Slovakia. With no plans to slow the pace of growth, we are looking for a KFC BRAND MANAGER responsible for Slovakia & Austria, who will be driving brand plan and further growth of KFC restaurants.

- Strongly involved in budgeting and forecasting
- Create a robust, regular reporting (daily to yearly)
- Reporting and commentary of monthly and weekly results
- Supporting Operations, marketing and logistics department by providing analytical insights and reporting solutions
- Set up benchmarking based on available Market- Franchisee/Franchisor data as well as external data gathering (eg. External websites)
- Have overall responsibility for creating and analyzing KPI reports to measure the performance and success of operations.
- Analyzing of key KPI’s incl. HR and customer platforms
- Ensure the data accuracy and complexity
- Continuous searching for opportunities to improve our business and reduce costs
- Keep track of provided recommendations and status of implementations, flag follow up performance to the line managers
- Leverage expertise in digital platforms to support implementing technology solutions
- Helping to keep eye on pricing and margin of our product mix and channels
- Investigation of variances and alerts on deviations
- Involved in setting of monthly targets for our business
- Involved in BI, Datawarehouse and other tools integration and implementation

Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Minimum of 3-5 year work experience, preferably within (management) consulting
• University education in relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Interested in Systems Gastronomy and their levers on efficiencies
• Self-starter and pro-active, good communicator (on paper and verbally)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (excel, powerpoint); experience with key data analytics tools like PowerBI
• ‘Hands on’ and ‘service’ mindset, enjoys to touch base with our Restaurant Teams
• Language skills: fluent in English (Slovak and/or German is a plus)
• Detail oriented
• Work independently and proactively but with close cooperation with other departments
