what will you do
The position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual with exceptional business management or product management skills to be part of a high performance organization within a leading global computer manufacturer. The primary objective of the Services Sales Channel Program Manager is to drive complex Channel, SMB and Consumer strategic projects.
You will be expected to:
Lead Services Sales Channel, SMB and Consumer programs operations and enablement in cooperation with WW and EMEA functions
Comfortable to have conversations with all levels of stakeholders through online, face-to-face meetings and workshops
Be proactive in identifying areas to improve Services Sales business and propose for solutions
Maintain up-to-date information on running projects and drive reporting improvements based on key stakeholders´ requirements.
Provide recommendations for new Channel programs, build up financial models and competitive positioning
Develop and execute trainings, ensure sufficient level of trainings is provided across organization
Work closely with various sales, operations, product and marketing teams to ensure programs success
Acting as backup for quarterly targeting process, in case of sick leave or vacation of primary owner
Quarterly data maintenance in various systems and coordinating various Seller & Program BMS across organization
Position Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in product and business management with proven track record
Superior verbal and written communication skills, utilizing PowerPoint tools
General knowledge of IT Channel route to market, knowledge of Services Upsell business is an advantage
Degree in Business with strong analytical discipline, plus advanced skills in excel based analysis
Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively while considering future organizational requirements
Committed to deliver against timelines, team player and able to drive actions to achieve results
Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.450 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
