Internal Audit & Controls Senior Specialist

Internal Audit & Controls Senior Specialist is a member of Internal Audit & Control team for Pivovary Topvar, a.s. and Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s.

• Review and recommend control improvements in internal controls, processes and risk management
• Deliver the company’s IFC (Internal Financial Controls) requirements in respect of strategy, risk assessment, documentation, testing and systems for both Plzenský Prazdroj, a.s. and Pivovary Topvar, a.s.
• Perform the planned and extraordinary internal audits , consultancy projects under directions and supervision of the IA&C Manager and supervise the work performed by IA&C Specialist. Identify and mitigate control weaknesses
• Manage and maintain the effectiveness and refresh of policies and procedures
• Working closely with the team members based in the Czech Republic.
