Internal and External Communication Executive

We are searching for a prospective candidate for the role of Internal and External Communication Executive within our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for execution of communication activities within Slovak market.
The role is for a definite period ( until March 31, 2015).

• Execute internal communication strategy and annual internal communication plans.
• Prepare and execute external communication strategy and plans.
• Develop appropriate communication tools and channels for internal and external communication incl. online platforms.
• Develop positive media relations, manage proactive & reactive media statements; secure consistent approach and quality of communication (internal, external, incl. online).
• Ensures leadership communication to support and build good reputation and a positive image of the company.
• Drives digital communication of Pivovary Topvar.
• Provides support for issues and crisis communication.

• Bachelor or University education (media, economy or business advantage)
• Experience in media or PR (international company is advantage)
• Knowledge of media environment and PR (offline and online); creative writing
• Knowledge of corporate and business processes is advantage
• Proactive, good listener, advanced interpersonal skills
• Ability to think in complex framework and bring innovative ideas
• Fluent English
• PC (word, excel, power point, MS Outlook)
• Driving licence
