Junior Brand Manager

We are searching for a Junior Brand Manager whose role will be to plan and execute assigned part of activities within the brand plan in order to contribute to achievement of annual brand goals.
Deadline for applications: May 31, 2015

• Development of BTL activities in line with brand plan and market situation
• Management of assigned part of the Brand Budget and its effective use to reach activities´goals
• Responsibility for local development of brand roles, brand positionings and advertising ( not copy pase approach or adaptations)
• Management of sport sponsorship leverage programe
• Management and supervision of suppliers in the are of Advertising, Promotions, Sponsorship and Events
• Management of cross-functional relationships and processes to maximize synergies for delivery of assigned activities
• Cooperation on Brand Plan development alltogether with Senior Brand Manager and manage its implementation with Trade Marketing and Sales
• Participation in cross-functional projects

• University education (Master degree, MBA,...)
• 3+ years in reputable FMCG company (Marketing and Sales/Trade Marketing roles) or in advertising company
• Solid knowledge of operational marketing and associated disciplines (research, media, sponsoring, advertising and promotions)
• Strong understanding of brand related finance
• Time management and project management skills
• Priority setting and problem solving skills
• Effective cross-functional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Analytical skills
• Fluent English
• Driving licence B
