Supervízor účtovníctva (GL/FA Supervisor)

We are searching for a potential candidate whose role would be to manage General Ledger and Fixed Assets functions and processes for our company, to ensure tax compliance related controls and reporting.

• Manage processes related to General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Travel &Expense.
• Manage Bank Pub investments, sundry customer invoices and I-CO area in PTAS in compliance with Slovak GAAP and SABM Group accounting policies (IFRS)
• B/S reconciliation (300 GL accounts in the company)
• Manage month-end closings
• Correct posting of assigned accounting transactions, correct assets classification for accounting and tax purposes
• Sign off internal controls in the area of General Ledger and Fixed assets
• Communicates with internal and external auditors in respect of the audit of stator accounting
• Prepare accounting policies of our company
• Improve existing processes, new procedures, policies and instructions in the area of responsibility
• Participate in calculation of corporate income tax and deferred tax
• Monitor legislation changes in the area for which is held responsible, identify impact on company and request and implement modification of systems and internal policies


• University degree in accounting or finance
• Min. 3 years of experience in accounting area
• ACCA or similar qualification is of advantage
• Solid knowledge of Slovak accounting and tax principles
• Solid knowledge of IFRS
• Good communication and negotiation skills (oral and written) including active listening and presentation of conclusion and recommendations
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Stress resistance, detail oriented
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients
• Fluent English
• PC skills
