Innovation Development & Project Manager Slovakia

We are searching for a potential candidate for a Innovation Development & Project Manager role in Slovakia. His/her main tasks would be to develop, deliver and commercialize innovations projects in line with the portfolio and innovation strategy. He/she will be an expert on the field of NPD, project management and innovation process, will support the development of innovation pipeline for PPPT based on identifying growth opportunities and value pools within Slovak market. He/she will also lead cross-functional teams on Slovak specific projects.

• To take lead accountability for development, approval, commercialisation and launch Slovak specific innovations to plan and KPI’s
• To lead cross-functional teams of wide range of professions and managerial levels on project to deliver project objectives
• To manage and influence cross-functional and third party relationships and processes to deliver agreed portfolio of projects
• To manage project OTIF
• To monitor and analyse project delivery according the agreed KPI and the learnings to improve the process
• To support all managers in PPPT by process & project management knowledge in the area of innovations.
• To figure as a Project Management Ambassador within PPPT
• To educate all innovation project team members to properly use required process and tools
• To use knowledge of internal environment and leverage skills/knowledge coming from outside, assure networking with all other departments

• University master degree
• 3+working experience in reputable FMCG company in production and project management function
• Brand marketing/trade marketing experience is a plus
• Solid Project Management skills
• Analytical, inluencing and communication skills
• Ability to maintain self-drive and motivation in team
• MS Project (advanced level) and relevant Project management tools
• Active English both oral and written
