Procurement Specialist

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementation of the highest Siemens Healthineers standards in the Siemens Healthcare s.r.o. organization. Supplier base management.
• Support for business procurement in sales project phases and project implementation.
• Creation of comprehensive and transparent process documentation.
• Generating added value for the organization in collaboration with preferred suppliers.
• Optimization of costs related to the operation of both indirect and direct procurement areas.
• Supplier management, including portfolio optimization.
• Obtaining complementary offers for products from third-party companies in accordance with the SIWZ (Terms of Reference) or internal customer requirements.
• Close collaboration with departments: Finance, Project Management, Sales, Logistics, Quality.
• Working with indicators – reporting and implementing corrective actions.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1900 EUR brutto /month + VAR*

We are looking for a experienced Project Management Officer who will take over the project management support cross different projects and ensure smooth communication and alignment with peer groups.
