Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a colleague to replace our team member temporarily to join our Seeds team in the Slovakia as Demand Planner CZ/SK & Customer Service Specialist SK. If you are precise and communicative with SAP or other similar system experience, you are the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
Seeds demand planning for Slovakia and Czech Republic
Support Seeds customer service activities related to process of goods movement in Slovakia
Execute all input and output in SAP system related to goods movement (incl. customer orders and purchase orders):
Collect orders, releasing goods, invoicing in line with trade agreements
Goods return management, from customers and to supplier
Prepare reports and analyses of goods movement
Customer KPI measurement, complaint coordination
Prepare end-month close reports and analyses
Coordinate Seeds demand based on forecast, allocation and delivery proposal for CZ/SK
Communicate with regional demand community and local Seeds warehouses for CZ/SK
Ensure high degree of data integrity
Close cooperation with channel experts, sales & crop managers

Personality requirements and skills
- Minimum secondary school education
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain department, warehousing and distribution in international company
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in the team
- Accuracy and timely processing of required tasks
- Managing the seasonal work in the customer service
- Ability to see essential in complex Seeds business process, find ways for continuous improvement
- Fluent Slovak and minimum intermediate level of English language (both spoken and written)
